Melissa Kincaid is a dynamic EdTech trainer and creative math educator with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to fostering innovative learning environments. Her career journey, which began in 2003 teaching Middle School Math and Science, has evolved into teacher development, supporting educators from pre-service to classroom practice. As the Technology Trainer Administrator at Cincinnati Public Schools, Melissa collaborates with teachers to ignite creativity, amplify student voices, and engage all learners through innovative tools and technologies. Her passion is to create dynamic learning spaces using creative and innovative techniques.
